How to connect

There are two ways to set up the game. You can let the launcher handle everything, or use a clean WoW 3.3.5a client and add the files yourself.

This is the easiest option. The launcher takes care of the client files, patches, AIO addon and realmlist.

Download and install the Tempest Launcher.
Open Settings and select your WoW folder.
If you do not have a client, select an empty folder and press Download Client.
Wait until the launcher says UP TO DATE, then press PLAY.

Use a clean WoW 3.3.5a client (build 12340). Download the files below and place them in the listed folders.

AIO is required for Tempest's custom menus and systems to work.

Download AIO_Client.zip below.
Close WoW and extract the ZIP.
Copy the AIO_Client folder into your WoW folder under Interface → AddOns.

Using the launcher? It will install AIO automatically. You're all set!

Open Data\enUS\realmlist.wtf and replace its contents with:

realmlist.wtf

set realmlist logon.tempest-wow.com
